SHIPPING
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in either stiff card within a card envelope or, for larger prints, in a secure postal tube.
UK – shipping is already included in the price for prints, original paintings and greetings cards.
Prints are sent by Royal Mail and will usually be delivered within 6 working days of ordering.

Apocalypso Sunset Print
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include a photograph. Email: heidihodkinson07@gmail.com.
For prints, greetings cards and journals, we will then send a replacement or provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method), as you wish.
For original paintings, we will provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method).
For any undamaged product that you are not happy with, please simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method) once the item has been received in its original undamaged condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For prints, artwork is printed to order from instructions sent to the printers immediately following the successful processing of your payment. Therefore, should you wish to cancel the order it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible as orders cannot be cancelled once they have actually gone to print.
For original paintings, should you wish to cancel the order it is very important that you contact us no longer than 48 hours after ordering as orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
