Return and Refund Policy
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include a photograph. Email: heidihodkinson07@gmail.com.
For prints, greetings cards and journals, we will then send a replacement or provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method), as you wish.
For original paintings, we will provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method).
For any undamaged product that you are not happy with, please simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will provide a full refund (based upon the original payment method) once the item has been received in its original undamaged condition. It is advisable to take a clear photograph of any item you do wish to return in case there are any issues with return shipping.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
